THEY’RE ALIVE.

50 GIRLS 50 #1, the Frank Cho & Doug Murray conceived/written, Axel Medellin illustrated, Nikos Koutis colored, Thomas Mauer lettered, JOE MOTHERFUCKIN’ KEATINGE edited mini-series, due out in-stores (ON TIME, WHAT?!) June 1st, has arrived at My House.

Big huge major thanks to the folks at Image Comics. Seriously, man, I don’t think most folks in comics - and I’m talking about folks working in comics, not just fans - truly get how hard the staff at a publisher works and dudes, seriously, the staff at Image bust some serious tail. These books look amazing. 

So, yeah, comics. Sweet, huh? 

Our very own Joe Keatinge once again leaks a panel from an upcoming project, this time his story from SAVAGE DRAGON #171, illustrated by Erik Larsen himself!

In the mood to carry on the ‘leaking panels’ thing, so here’s a panel illustrated by Erik Larsen from a Savage Dragon story WRITTEN BY ME (WHAT?!).

It appears in Savage Dragon #171 - due in stores June 8th, which is mere days before my birthday. Best present ever.

I’m in the mood to leak something, so here’s a panel illustrated by an unannounced artist for an unannounced creator-owned book I’m writing from an unannounced publisher coming at an unannounced date.

This is from something being written by our own Joe Keatinge, but have no idea what it is.

Recently Comic Book Resources presented a couple of previews featuring some of Tranquility Base’s own, including member Joe Keatinge, who is editing Frank Cho’s 50 Girls 50, and friend of the studio Brandon Seifert, who is writing the upcoming WitchDoctor from Robert Kirkman’s Skybound line.

…But doesn’t have as much fashion panache as Joe Keatinge’s fine t-shirt. Les McClaine and Jon Siruno were in attendance as guests this round and wandering around the floor. They too were sporting the latest haute couture to hit the comics scene…

Last night Frank Cho, the famed cartoonist of Liberty Meadows and artist of such blockbuster Marvel series as New Ultimates, New Avengers, Shanna the She-Devil, Marvel Knights Spider-Man and more announced his upcoming four-issue creator owned superhero mini-series, tentatively entitled ‘BRUTAL’, co-created and written by our very own Joe Keatinge.

Sound cool? It is! And guess what, he’s already showing off pages!
